Day – 01
Truvanthapuram – Kovalam

Arrive Trivandrum, the capital of the state of Kerala (also called as the God’s own Country) From the airport drive straight to Kovalam which has one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. The surf here is ideal for surf riding and the water invites the visitor to ride the “Catamaran” or log with the fisherman, or to take a cool swim. Nearby is the Beach centre of aquatic sports. Arrive & check in hotel. Rest of the day free to relax & exploring the beach.

Day – 02
Kovalam

Proceed on a full day excursion to Kanya Kumari, enrote visit the stunning Padmanabhapuram palace. Arrive Kanyakumari and visit Kanyakumari Amman temple, Vivekanand Rock memorial, Tiruvalluvar memorial. Enjoy the unique experience of Sunset & Moon rise over the confluence of the 3 seas namely the Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian sea at the southern most tip of India. Return to Kovalam in the evening. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day – 03
Kovalam

Breakfast at hotel. For the half-day visit Shree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Napier Museum, Chitralayam Art Gallery, Zoological Gardens, Reptile House Observatory and Kanakakannu Palace at Trivandrum. . Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Kovalam.

Day – 04
Kovalam – Quilon

After breakfast, drive to Quilon one of the oldest ports of the Malabar Coast and were once the centre of international spice trade. Quilon is famous for its delicious Cashew and Seafood. After checking in hotel we set out to see some historic remains and the temples built in ornate style. We also visit the village to know the life style and culture of locals. Overnight at Quilon.

Day – 05
Quilon

Enjoy the day in the backwaters of Quilon. Optionally try a rejuvenating Ayurvedic Therapy message at the Ayurvedic Centre. Overnight at hotel.

Day – 06
Quilon – Alleppey

Breakfast at hotel. From Quilon, drive to Chengannacherry, where you will visit the Nagaraja temple dedicated to the God of snakes, watch the rituals performed there. Then around noon check-in to a houseboat and proceed on a backwater cruising, traversing narrow canals and witnessing the village life of Kerala. At Night the boat will anchor on the Vembunad Lake. Overnight at hotel.

Day – 07
Alleppey – Periyar

After breakfast we disembark from the houseboat and depart for Periyar by noon. After lunch we take safari to a nearby Plantations & villages.

Day – 08
Periyar

Early morning we take boat ride over the Lake Periyar to watch animals in their natural habitat on the water’s edge. While cruising on Lake Periyar, you are likely to see animals like Wild Boars, Sambars, Wild Dogs, Langur Monkeys and Wild Elephants. For the lunch we return back to hotel. Afternoon trek in the National park with a local forest guide. Overnight at hotel.

Day – 09
Periyar – Munnar

From Periyar we continue to Munnar set amid Southern India’s most dramatic mountain scenery and the combination of craggy Peaks, Manicured Tea Estates.Crisp mountain air makes Munnar a delightful alternative to the better known hill stations of Tamilnadu. It is a perennial favorite of ‘Honeymooners’ and offer magnificent scenery and wonderful walks. At Munnar you are free to explore its beauty of nature.

Day – 10
Munnar

B/Fast, morning proceed to Eravikulam National park by trek uphill which is a 8 km walk witnessing beautiful landscapes, tea estates and waterfalls. Reach on top of the Rajamalai Hill, where you can see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Return down hill by car/jeeps. Visit to Mattupatti Dam, Swiss farm

Day – 11
Munnar – Cochin (142 Kms – 4 hrs)

Early depart Munnar for Cochin. Arrive Cochin and visit to Mattancherry Palace, Fort Cochin, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Bolgatty Palace etc. Afternoon a Harbour cruise and evening visit to Cochin Cultural centre for viewing the Kathakalli Opera Show. Overnight at hotel.

Day – 12
Cochin

B/Fast. Day free until departure. Drop at the airport for onward destination.
